Challenge
Applebee’s needed to give guests a reason to slide into a booth before dinnertime. Happy hour was happening, but not happening. Sales during that window were simmering when they should have been surging.
Approach
We crafted mouthwatering marketing materials that made their appetizers look craveable and their cocktails feel impossible to pass up. With event-driven creative designed to turn heads and tempt tastebuds, we brought the party to happy hour.
Results
The buzz was real. The booths were full. And Applebee’s saw a measurable lift in happy hour sales during the events. Turns out, a few great graphics (and a perfectly lit mozzarella stick) can do wonders.
